Linda Moore
Executive Director
Linda Moore founded Chrestomathy in 1985 and has ensured over 35 years of programmatic excellence as Executive Director. Linda got her start in the field over 45 years ago while a student at the University of Minnesota working in group homes as a live-in staff, providing direct care. After time as a supervisor and program developer, she shifted her focus to vocational development and formed Chrestomathy. Linda is a licensed psychologist who collaborates regularly with university faculty and top researchers in the intellectual disabilities field and is known for her expertise in applied behavior analysis, positive psychology, and interest in evidence based practices for the treatment and development of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Linda has served as an expert witness as other states tried to emulate Minnesota's success in developing community services and she has always been passionate about inclusion and quality service provision tailored to the individual. She has often been involved in the Minnesota Legislature and has helped successfully pass important legislation for the individuals she serves.
Robyn Wade
Financial Director
Robyn joined Chrestomathy in 1998 and manages the day to day business and financial activities of the organization. Ms. Wade brings over 36 years of collective experience working in the nonprofit industry to her position. After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1984, Ms. Wade worked in various nonprofit management capacities building her expertise in the areas of finance, business administration, and fundraising. She maintains her professional nonprofit connection through her membership in various nonprofit trade organizations.
Sean Cashin
Human Resources Director
Sean joined Chrestomathy in 1995. He currently serves as Chrestomathy's Human Resources Director and has over 25 years of dedicated service to the mission of Chrestomathy, including positions held in direct care, supervision, and administration. Sean received a bachelor's degree from Marquette University and a Masters of Business from St. Thomas University. He has served on the board of directors of a local nonprofit, and leads an active life with his wife and two children.
